Jamie discusses the plans and final outcomes for the event with the client. He takes on the role of lead facilitator, managing the individual facilitators and note takers on each table. He leads on the event and controls the timing on the day. Each table has 8-10 participants, including a member of the clients team, this member will help take notes using flip chart provided on each table. Participants are asked to comment on what was good and bad about their experiences. Jamie then manages the feedback session at the end to ensure the points are feedback, heard by the participants and all details taken back to the client.
On the 9th October the Cancer Patient & Carer Forum within Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals wanted to hear the views from cancer patients and carers. They were asked about diagnosis, treatment at Epsom & St Helier Hospital including surgery and chemotherapy, living beyond cancer.
