The Tenant Panel acts as a critical friend to Hastoe and undertakes a programme of investigations to monitor and scrutinise Hastoe’s customer services from a tenant’s perspective and helps to contribute to the shaping of Hastoe’s services aimed at service improvement.
Where the panel feels a service area needs attention, we carry out a ‘scrutiny project’ to find out the strengths and weaknesses of that area. The Panel then makes recommendations for improvement direct to the Hastoe Board.
The Panel meets six times a year and will be meeting on the following dates during 2016:

The panel meets every 2 months at one of Hastoe’s offices in Kingston upon Thames in Surrey, Saffron Walden in Essex or Dorchester in Dorset. The meetings are usually held between 10am and 4pm on weekday but we are flexible about timings or holding meetings in the evening or the weekend to help residents manage their other commitments such as work or childcare. We are happy for you to be involved by phone or email if you are unable to attend meetings in person.
